The 2nd International Electric Vehicle Conference (EVC), hosted by the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart, will take place from May 14 to May 16, 2025. Following the success of the inaugural event organized by the Transport Research Institute (TRI) of Edinburgh Napier University in 2023, this biannual conference brings together academics and industry partners to advance electric mobility globally.
The conference builds on a tradition started by the Transport Research Institute (TRI) of Edinburgh Napier University, which has been hosting electric vehicle events since 2015. These gatherings serve as a platform for experts to discuss key challenges and innovations in electromobility. The EVC emphasizes equality, diversity, and inclusion, encouraging participation from under-represented groups to bring diverse perspectives to the electric vehicle field.
On the 15th of May, Eva Martinez Cruz from ICONS will present a poster for the DriVe2X project on “The future of EVs: trends and insights on deployment, sales and consumers behaviour in EU Member States”. The poster pitches will start at 9:45 AM, so mark it on your calendar to make sure you won’t miss it!
